  • I work with women who are navigating the impact of betrayal in their relationships, often within marriage. Many of my clients have experienced emotional, physical, or spiritual disconnection and are looking for a safe place to process and heal.

  • We’ll start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This is a no-pressure call to explore your story and goals and see if my coaching is the right next step for you.

  • Each 60-minute coaching session is $90.00. 

    I understand that financial challenges can arise, and I'm happy to provide alternative options and free resources when needed. 

    I do not work with insurance providers. 

    My goal is to ensure my coaching remains accessible, supportive, and empowering for those pursuing hope and personal growth. 

  • I do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders as a licensed therapist would. As a life coach. I provide trauma-informed support and guidance, focused on proactive growth and forward movement. Unlike therapy, coaching allows me to work with clients across state lines. 

  • Yes. I work with clients virtually across the U.S. and beyond. All you need is a private space and a stable connection.

  • While my personal faith is Christian, I am a Betrayal Trauma coach who works with individuals from all faith backgrounds, and am sensitive to those who have experienced spiritual abuse, as well as those who do not identify with any religious beliefs. You are always in control of whether spiritual topics are included in our sessions, and your beliefs and boundaries are fully respected.
